Yes, you can raffle up to 500 comments for free, no matter the number of posts, only the total number of comments added. After 500 comments, a very affordable and staggered price will be charged, which you can check here.
Do I have to log in with my Instagram account to do a sweepstakes?
No, you will never be asked to enter any security data from your Instagram account to do sweepstakes for your posts.
Is payment per draw made?
Yes, if your sweepstakes exceeds 500 bonus comments, you will be charged only for each sweepstakes and the number of comments on the post(s) you include in the sweepstakes.
How many times can I make a drawing?
Draws are done only once and each draw issues a DRAW CERTIFICATE with a unique ID that validates and secures the draw. They cannot be modified, so we recommend always setting up a considerable number of alternates. You will be able to reuse your posts as many times as you want to make sweepstakes but it will be considered a new sweepstakes different from the first sweepstakes made.
Can I add filters and rules to the sweepstakes?
Yes, within the sweepstakes configuration we make available our InstaGiveaways PRO tools where you will be able to add filters and advanced rules to condition the participation in your sweepstakes. These tools will allow you to: - Eliminate duplicates - Exclude certain users - Condition the number of mentions - Condition mandatory mentions to participate - Condition mandatory hashtags to participate The PRO tools have a unique extra price and will be charged before the sweepstakes is carried out.
Can stories be included to upload participants?
It is currently not possible to take participants from Instagram stories.
Can I run sweepstakes with multiple Instagram posts?
Yes, in our sweepstakes app you can run a sweepstakes with the comments of multiple posts from different Instagram accounts, you just add the address of the post, reel or IGTV in the requested field and it will be automatically uploaded.
Can I filter who follows my Instagram page?
No. We can't access all the contest participants' followed pages to verify if they are followed or not. You will have to verify it yourself when you run the contest and get the winners. We always recommend adding a considerable number of alternates for winners who do not meet these conditions.
How can I access the information, certificates and resources of the drawings held?
From the tab **My Raffles** you can access to your completed drawings, drafts and paid drawings to be completed. Within your draws you can find all the information of your draw, certificates and resources.
I paid for my draw but the window closed / there was an error while I was doing it.
No problem, you will find the sweepstakes in the My Sweepstakes tab with the status: "Ready to draw". Click on the "Go to sweepstakes" button and resume the sweepstakes.
Can I get a proof of payment?
Yes, you can write us via email to request it. Please indicate the email address of the user who generated the draw and a proof of payment, as well as the necessary data to make the proof of payment.
Where do I get the URL for the Instagram post?
From your cell phone: It`s very easy, from your cell phone go to the Instagram post with which you want to carry out the sweepstakes. At the top right you will see an icon with three dots, tap it and several options will appear. Tap Copy link and this will copy the URL of the post to the clipboard of your mobile. Go back to Wnnr and tap once on the "Paste post URL here" field and the "Paste" option will appear. From your computer: Open the instagram post and copy the URL link at the top of the browser. Then paste it where we indicated and you`re done!
